Hello, I am Joseph Belloir

I am a Board-Certified Mental Health-Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions. I earned my Master of Science in Advanced Nursing Practice from Boston College and my Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science from Columbia University. I have clinical expertise in working with individuals experiencing addiction, ADHD, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, and OCD. My approach to care is comprehensive and collaborative, with an emphasis on understanding each client through biological, psychological, and social perspectives while simultaneously developing a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to meet clients where they are and work alongside them to identify and move toward meaningful personal goals and lasting improvement in overall well-being.

My Approach

I offer comprehensive and individualized care in a warm, interactive virtual environment and believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic style tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Treatment may include a combination of integrative psychotherapy, complementary and alternative interventions, and psychopharmacologic management, including controlled substances when clinically appropriate. My goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that supports emotional well-being, functional improvement, and long-term healing.
